BLIND REVIEW ROUND 2 / REVISED TEACHING EDITION + NARRATIVE AND REPLAY AIDS

Unzip this pack, then open The_Power_Circuit.html in a modern desktop or mobile browser. Its code, diagrams, artwork and printable guides are embedded. No server or account is needed for play. Source links need an internet connection.

The complete expedition is the default: all three rulebooks, nine countries and eighteen constitutional decisions. The older four-country route remains an instructor option and for existing records; it does not remove the other cases. Plan three resumable sessions rather than assuming a tested completion time.

New records offer six entry explanations, retain guided practice predictions and country rule traces, collect three cross-country comparisons on the full route, and require six unfamiliar exit explanations. An optional return check supplies six new applications. The first explanation, confidence and self-reported help remain saved; feedback follows all six initial submissions. Written reasoning needs human assessment. No learning gain is calculated or claimed.

Focused refinements: planning cards show satisfaction and the next deterministic delivery dispute, with optional capped vote-bloc explanations. Semi-presidential formation previews cohabitation, same-party leadership or mixed-party shared support before installation. Neutral writing reminders are advisory; class word minima and human assessment remain unchanged. Three Act banners and Save & Pause preserve the current screen and drafts, with a JSON backup if local saving fails.

Narrative/replay aids: fictional party voices and static crisis headlines describe modeled events. A before/after support graphic separates bill votes, confidence and tokens. Three optional strategy stamps require a matching completed run and a correct or repaired constitutional prediction, add no points or required writing, and preserve three canonical proofs beyond the recent-run window. The opposing-camp semi-presidential stamp does not claim formal cohabitation because the lab does not choose a PM.

The entry check is presented as a 5-Minute Rapid Dispatch: concise bullets are welcome. Five minutes is an untested target, with no timer. The same six prompts, first responses, timing gates, confidence/help reports and human review remain. New entry-instruction metadata distinguishes this invitation from older first responses.

The Midnight Session gives bargains real vote consequences. The main rulebooks instead fix the same two political roll-calls to isolate their legal consequences. All votes, commitment slots and party preferences are fictional. Country incidents apply real constitutional rules to hypothetical events.

Instructor code: 6717 (a convenience gate, not account security). Progress saves locally when browser capacity permits; use Tools + help to download a JSON progress backup before changing devices. Browser saves do not synchronize. A downloaded backup can hold more than browser local storage. Rejected older records remain available for recovery; original missing evidence is not invented.

Report / print exports the portfolio as readable text or browser print/PDF. Submit it through your chosen course system yourself. No learner data is submitted automatically.

Read Blind_Review_Round_2.html for six independent AI reviews, design decisions, checks and limits. These were simulated student/professor/designer perspectives, not a recruited human trial. Learning gains, retention, timing and accessibility with actual users need a human pilot. Pressure_Test_Report.html records engineering verification. Editable_Source contains reusable game source and build/test scripts; keep it with the standalone file.

This pack includes the standalone offline game. Website availability is managed separately at yoavduman.com.
