CATALOG BLURB
The council has fallen. The walls are still standing. So who makes the city? Write a charter for Kallia, hear six residents challenge it, and work through Aristotle's arguments about citizenship, justice, virtue, and rule. Decide who belongs, trace who holds power, and defend your reasons against an objection. The ideas arrive as you need them; no prior Aristotle reading is required.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Build a charter, face its challengers, and learn Aristotle's Politics through an illustrated introduction to citizenship, justice, virtue, and political authority.

ART ALT TEXT
The City Is Not the Walls. Created by Yoav Duman. Six residents debate political membership and authority at the gateway to Kallia's assembly.

LEARNING AND SUBMISSION
Six rounds and an exit argument across 23 screens. Eleven choices with short reasons and five extended writing entries. Students reconstruct an argument, use a case fact, and respond to an objection. The instructor assesses the arguments. Two bounded factual detours offer support. Students export a final PDF and upload it to their course separately; the activity does not submit work to Canvas.
